My Article is about a School in Virgina starting a pilot program which is using Apple Ipads in schools. A similar program is happening in Chicago and Texas. This is interesting because the Ipad is only 15 months old and Apple is still revising it. It is also surprising becuase K-12 teachers are not very good at adaptaing to new technology. However, there are some advantages of using a Ipad other then a notebook. They are easier to move around they have a great battery life and they are simple and lightweight for students to use. Another disadvantage about the I pad is that because it is so new, to find the best way to use intailes a lot of trial and error.
